Terms and conditions for the Laurastar "Cart to Cash" Black Friday contest

  • The Laurastar "Cart to Cash" contest, taking place from November 20, 2023, to November 26, 2023, is organized by Laurastar SA, Route de Montreux 149, Case Postale 320, 1618 Châtel-St-Denis, Switzerland.
  • The contest is open to individuals residing in Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, aged 18 or older.
  • The principle of the contest and the prize are as follows:

Buy at least one appliance from the Laurastar Smart, S Pure, S, Go, Lift, IZZI and IGGI range on the Laurastar website or via Laurastar's Customer Service between November 20, 2023 and November 26, 2023 to enter the competition automatically. Laurastar will draw a winner at random and refund via bank transfer the total amount paid for the order.

  • This competition is only valid for purchases made on the official Laurastar website or via Laurastar's Customer Service between November 20, 2023 and November 26, 2023, for Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.
  • The contest winner will be determined by a random draw on Friday, December 8, 2023. The draw will be conducted randomly and impartially from all eligible entries received during the contest period in all participating territories.
  • The contest winner will be contacted by email or by phone and must reply within 48 hours following the announcement from Laurastar. After 48 hours, the prize will be permanently forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. Laurastar SA is not responsible for incorrect or malfunctioning email addresses and recommends you check your SPAM mailbox.
  • The contest is not open to employees of Laurastar SA.
  • Laurastar SA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these conditions, is fraudulent, or is the result of a clever process to increase one's chances of winning. Laurastar SA reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest, in whole or in part, within the limits allowed by law.
  • Winners are solely responsible for paying any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
  • Personal information collected as part of this contest will only be used for contest administration.
